Off-Season Training
Blaine Lacrosse continues our focus on development with off-season training. Whether your child is new to the sport or played for years, below are opportunities for your child to enhance their skills & prepare for the season ahead.
Fall Fundamentals 2026
Fall Fundamentals will be led by our Blaine Varsity coaches.
- 10U-14U
- Cost: $30

- 6 weekly sessions running late August thru early October.

Blaine HS & Northpoint Elementary

Objectives
Players will receive coaching on fundamentals to improve their skill in two core areas; stick skills and shooting. We will host two groups; Novice & Experienced to provide the most skill-level coaching possible.
At this time, Fall Fundamentals is set-up for boys only.
Equipment
All sessions require full equipment. You can find a list of required equipment on our Equipment page.
Winter Academy 2027
Blaine Winter Academy is open to all youth lacrosse athletes from the surrounding North Metro communities.
- 8U-14U
- 3 Field Academies & 1 Goalie Academy
- Field Academies - $125 total or $50/Academy
- 9 weekly sessions January-March (3 sessions/academy).
- Goalie Academy - $50
- 3 sessions

Blaine Lacrosse is returning to the National Sports Center in 2027. More information to come.

Objectives
Boys
Our 2027 clinic presents our Field Academy and Goalie Academy. Our Field Academy will focus on 4 core areas to building confidence and success on the field.
- Defense Academy
- Shooting Academy
- Dodging Academy
- Stick skills at all sessions
Also new this year will be our Goalie Academy.

Both Boys and Girls sessions require full equipment. You can find a list of required equipment on our Equipment page.
If your child is looking to try lacrosse for the first time, we have small quantities of equipment available to loan. Please notify our Boys or Girls Directors if you have questions.
