Blaine Lacrosse continues our focus on development with off-season training. Whether your child is new to the sport or played for years, below are opportunities for your child to enhance their skills & prepare for the season ahead.
Fall Fundamentals 2026
Fall Fundamentals will be led by our Blaine Varsity coaches.
- 10U-14U
- Cost: $30

- 6 weekly sessions running late August thru early October.

Objectives
Players will receive coaching on core fundamentals—focusing on stick skills and shooting. To ensure targeted, skill-appropriate instruction, players will be split into two groups: Novice and Experienced.
Note: Fall Fundamentals is currently open to boys only.

Winter Clinic 2027
Blaine Winter Clinic is open to all 8U–14U lacrosse players from Blaine and surrounding North Metro communities.

Objectives
Boys Program
Our 2027 Winter Clinic will focus on four core areas to build upon player success:
- Defense
- Shooting
- Dodging
- Stick skills
Equipment
Both Boys and Girls sessions require full equipment. You can find a list of required equipment on our Equipment page.
If your child is looking to try lacrosse for the first time, we have small quantities of equipment available to loan.

Additional Training Opportunities
Explore additional local opportunities to improve your game in and around Blaine:
- Schedule: Runs weekly from November through February.
- Audience: Youth players and high school athletes building their base skills.
- Format: Flexible membership model where you can adjust or cancel as your primary spring season ramps up.
